He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard Sokeland and Ruth Sokeland (Noble); and his daughter Deanna Judy. He is survived by: his wife Darla Sokeland of Orleans; his children, Justin Sokeland (Susan) of Bedford, Aaron Sokeland (Laurie) of Bloomington and Leta Horstman (Bryan) of Evansville; his sisters, Peg Stephens (Tom) of Washington and Linda Jeffiers (Preston) of Taylorsville, Kentucky; and his son-in-law Ray Judy of Franklin. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren.
