With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michael Duane Grimes of Orleans, Indiana, born in Bedford, Indiana, who passed away on April 25, 2024 at the age of 46. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Charlotte Passmore and Franklin Grimes; and his parents-in-law, Anne Leinart and Joe Douthitt. He is survived by: his parents, Michael "Mike" Grimes (Carla) and Lisa Zaragoza (Raymond); his children, Macie Dorsey (Nate), Chandler Ikerd (Mikya), Madelynn Grimes (Grant), Elle Ikerd (Chase), Noah Grimes, Riley Grimes and Brynn Grimes; his grandchildren, Briggston and Beckett Dorsey; his grandmother Sharon Abbott; his father-in-law Sam Leinart (Carol); his siblings, Robert Gammon (Tiffany), Kara Reyher, Kailyn, Jennifer and Joseph Zaragoza (Lee Grimes); and his sisters-in-law, Brandy Ream, Mallory Mink (Josh) and Brooke Newlin (Michael).
