She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Burgess and Elsie Burgess (Radcliff); her husband Clifford Moon; and her siblings, Maurice, Eugene Burgess and Annabel Medlock.
She is survived by: her children, Dale Moon (Cindy) of Orleans, Patty Moon Williams of Bloomington and Karen Moon Simmons (Kenny) of Orleans; and her sister Dorothy Nickell of Memphis, TN.. She is also survived by five grandchildren; one step great granddaughter; one great grandson.
