He is survived by: his wife Sarah Ratliff of Orleans; his daughters, Lori Livingston (Ryan) of West Baden and Lisa Roney (Darin) of Boca Raton, FL.; his grandchildren, Tanner Phillips of Mitchell, Tucker Phillips, Taelyn Phillips of West Baden and Presley Roney of Boca Raton, FL; and his brother-in-law Johnny Powell. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
