She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur L. Hill and Neva Hill (Dowling); her husband John R. Tarr; and her siblings, Jane Cadle and Michael Hill.
She is survived by: her children, John Arthur (Tarr) and Jennifer Rutherford; her grandchildren, Cambree Cline, Izzie Rutherford and Piper Rutherford; and her siblings, Steve Hill (Glenda) and Karen Galloway (Loren). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ochs-Tetrick Funeral Home (187 E Jefferson St, Orleans, IN 47452). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
