With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lillian Faye Hager of Orleans, Indiana, born in Pennington Gap, Virginia, who passed away on December 19, 2021 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, R. C. Terry and Willie Terry (Quesenberry). She is survived by: her husband Keith Hager of Orleans; her children, JoDeana McNabb (Don) of Mitchell and Chad Hager of Orleans; her grandchildren, Lucas Daugherty and Lillie Daugherty; her great grandchild Rowan Daugherty; her stepgrandchildren, Whitney Edmonson and Mindy Smoot; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Malia, Corden Edmonson, Gunner McNabb, Owen and Willie Smoot.
Memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, Riley Children's Hospital or charity of donors choice in memory of Lillian Faye Hager.
