She was predeceased by: her grandparents, James, Elizabeth Mathers, Alvin and Marilyn Walton. She is survived by: her parents, David Mathers and Margaret Mathers (Walton) of Orleans; her sister Callie Mathers (Justin Ordonez) of Savannah; her grandparents, Charles and Lucinda Taber of Campbellsburg, Indiana.; and her close friend Bella Houston.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Lauren's teacher, Mrs. Lisa Higgins of Orleans High School for her classroom, Orleans and Paoli Food Banks and Paoli United Methodist Church.
