He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Roy Skeen and Imogene Skeen (Davis); his wife Wilma Jean Mitchell; his children, Cynthia Jane Terry (Greg) of Bowling Green and Jimmy Dean Skeen of Orleans; his grandson Jeremiah Skeen Jesse (Destiny); and his siblings, Mary Edna Mathews, Michael Skeen and Margie Reynolds.
