He was predeceased by: his parents, James Sr. Webb and Barbara Rose Webb (Schultz); and his brother Larry Webb. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Webb of Orleans; his children, Jill A. Webb of San Diego and Kyle Webb of Florida; his grandson Isaac Shaw; and his brothers, Jeff Webb (Nina) of Campbellsburg and Richard Webb (Cindi) of Salem.
