He is survived by: his mother Marti Jo Reynolds (Wells) of West Baden; his stepmother Nicole Cooper of Orleans; his sisters, Baili Campbell (Anthony) of Orleans, Taylor Albertson of Orleans and Victoria Albertson (Gavin) of Paoli; his niece Alaina Jo Hopper; his nephew Daxston Lee Dearborn; his aunts and uncles, Greg Albertson (Michelle) of Arizona, Jacki Riley (Jeff) of Paoli and Maggi Snack (Brandon) of Bedford; and his grandparents, Ernie Albertson of Orleans, Charlena Smith of Orleans and Jack Wells of North Carolina. He is also survived by his numerous cousins, friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to the funeral home to assist with the funeral costs, a gesture that would be greatly appreciated.
