He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Ray and Jeanette Daugherty (Campbell); his siblings, Melvin Daugherty and Geraldine Nodine; and his son Anthony Wayne Daugherty.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Daugherty of Orleans; his children, Shannon Daugherty of Mitchell, Timothy Scott Daugherty of Valeene and Amy Britt of Oak Island, NC; and his siblings, Marvin Daugherty of Paoli, Brad Daugherty of Paoli, Glen Daugherty of Madison, Nancy Reynolds of Orleans and Gloria Anderson of Bedford. He is also survived by 6 Grandchildren, 1 Great Grandchild.
