He is survived by: his mother Anna Belle Reed Halbert of Mitchell; his sons, Skye Tincher (Nicole) of Hendersonville, TN and Dakota Mousty of Palmyra; his siblings, Kenny, Butch Tincher (Misty) of Salem, Paul Tincher (Tiffany) of Mitchell, Bobby Tincher of Fredericksburg, Phillip Tincher of Mitchell and Sharon Phillips (Mark) of Springville; and his grandson Noah Tincher of Hendersonville, TN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
