He is survived by: his wife Tina Davis of Orleans; his son Tyler Butler; his siblings, Denise Barnett (Jim), Denny Joe Chenault (Linda), Cyndi Dalton (Steve), Jennifer Ellis, Donnie Mullinax (Vivian), Leland Mullinax (Tori), John D. Mullinax (Roberta) and Joe Mullinax (Hope); and his brothers-in-law, Phillip Butler (Kim) and Wayne Butler (Belinda). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
