Carlotta Mitchell Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 28, 2024, at the age of 83, Carlotta Mitchell of Orleans, Indiana passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Carlotta Mitchell to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Burton and Betty Burton; her son Robert "Bobby" Mitchell; her brother John Burton of Orleans; and her pets, Tiger and Baby Cakes.
She is survived by: her granddaughters, Hannah and Carmen Keehn; her children, Stefan Mitchell of Texas and Anne Keehn (Keith) of Depauw; and her siblings, Susie Dillard of New Albany, Jo Underwood (Jim) of Orleans, Helen Bradley of Texas, Diana Long of Texas, Denise Branch (Dennis) of Iowa, Jim Burton (Sue Ann) of Orleans and Larry Burton (Shirley) of Plainfield. She is also survived by her grandchildren and a great-grandson.
Much of the work performed on that project was donated by Carlotta on her personal time.
