She was predeceased by: her parents, William Earl and Florence Melvin (Wagoner). She is survived by: her sons, S. Butch Shaw of Louisville and A. J. Guthrie (Danielle) of Franklin, Indiana; her grandsons, Trey Guthrie and Camren Guthrie; and her siblings, Edie Davis of Shoals and Joyce Jones of Shoals. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
