She was predeceased by: her parents, Lafe Cooper Frost and Winnie Frost (Piercey); her husband Roscoe; her daughter Jannie; and her siblings, Lee Massengale, Avadot George, Dillen Frost, Hamilton "Hodo" Frost and Rex Frost.
She is survived by: her children, Farrell D. Lowe of Boulder, Julia Stalker (Mike) of Orleans, Elaine Lowe (Billy) of Berkley and Paula Lowe (Sue) of Weslaco, Texas.; her grandchildren, Tammy Noble (Grant), Jon Stalker (Cyndi) and Ashan Twymon; her great grandchildren, Kelsey Alexander (Garrett), Shelby Noble, Emily Schulze (Tyler) and Cooper Stalker; her great great grandchildren, Kinley and Keaton Alexander; and her siblings, Perry Frost (Garnet) of New Castle, Dorothy Sutton of New Castle, Marguerite Clark of Cambridge City, Jean Poore of Rehoboth Beach and Dean Stinson of Nashville.
