Cermak; his daughters, Tina Ivastanin of Constantine, MI, Donna Miller of Forest, IL, Gina Iglinski (Chuck) of Chicago, IL and Cindy Miller of Howe; his grandchildren, Chris, Joshua, Eric, David, Mario, Nicole, Danny, Rudy, Wally, Jordynn and Joel; and his sisters, Diane Vaughn of Naperville, IL, Naomi Riley of Bostic, NC, Delores Woods (Paul) of Mesa, AZ and Karen Alton of Williamstown, KY.. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
