He is survived by: his parents, John D. Johnson and Nila J. Johnson (Huth) of Elwood; his sons, David "Lane" Johnson of Atlanta and Mason Johnson of Atlanta; his close friend Amanda Millikan of Orestes; his brothers, Dale Johnson (Stacey) of Anderson and Daniel Johnson (Kristen) of Alexandria; his niece Sharon Johnson of Atlanta; his nephew Levi Johnson (Erica); his great-nephew Davis; and his nieces and nephews, Madison Whetsel, Drew Johnson, Dane Johnson and Kalyn Johnson.
