We bid farewell to Vickie Kay Pridemore of Oolitic, Indiana, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 18, 2024 at the age of 71. Vickie Kay touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl E. Leatherman and Lucille Leatherman (Hopkins); her husband Carl Douglas Pridemore, Sr.; and her brother Harold Leatherman. She is survived by: her children, Sheila Reynolds of Mitchell, Bobbie Briner (Lonnie) of Mitchell and Carl Douglas Pridemore, Jr. (Deidra) of Oolitic; her siblings, Terry Leatherman of Tunnelton, Jerry Leatherman of Tunnelton, Danny Leatherman of Tunnelton, Tony Leatherman of Mitchell, Gerald Leatherman of Mitchell and Sheila Garrison of Mitchell; her grandson Christopher Reynolds; and her siblings, Henry Leatherman, Carolyn Terrell, Wanda Holt, Judy Jones, Joyce Babcock, James Leatherman, Ricky Leatherman, Angela Leatherman, Jack Leatherman and Donald Leatherman. She is also survived by several grandchildren; several great grandchildren; and three great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Chastain Funeral Home (705 W Warren St, Mitchell, IN 47446). A graveside service will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Mitchell Cemetery.
