She was predeceased by: her parents, Evett Parker and Julia Parker (Meadows); her husband Gerald Skinner (Tom); her son Gerald "Buddy" Skinner; and her siblings, Ervin Parker and Shirley Waggoner.
She is survived by: her daughter Sherri Hillenburg (Dennis) of Bloomington; her grandchildren, Brandon Millick (Starr) of Indianapolis, Erik Millick (Heather) of Ellettsville and Aimee Cross (Nathan) of Bloomington; and her siblings, Bernard Parker of Springville, Wilma Swango of Springville and Brenda Flynn of Springville. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
