She was predeceased by: her parents, James Albert and Roberta Ione Harrison (Foster); her husband George William Johnson; and her sister Jo Ann Miller. She is survived by: her children, Kathy Lynn Tillman (Joe) of Florida, George William Johnson, Jr. (Carol) of Bedford and Thomas Bret Johnson (Michelle) of Bedford; her siblings, Brenda Kay Stierwalt of Arizona and David Daniel Harrison of Franklin; her grandchildren, Lacey Wagner (Andy), Brady Johnson, Brandt Johnson, Hannah Jones (Aaron), Colby Scherschel (Tylor), Cameron Johnson and Sarah Chester (Scott); and her great grandchildren, Cori Leigh, Riley Tate, Campbell Frances Scherschel, Eliza Lillian, Sutton Paige Jones, Liberty Grace, Alyssa Lizzie Chester, Brynlie Julianne and Maybrie Michelle Wagner.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Day & Carter Mortuary (1133 Lincoln Ave, Bedford, IN 47421). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, Westview Nursing and Rehab., Oolitic Church of Christ, PWSA.org or FPWR.org for Prader-Willi Research.
