With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Therese Ann Tackett Osf (Oldenburg, Indiana), born in Bluefield, West Virginia, who passed away on September 12, 2022 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Nannie Tackett and Shady Tackett; and her siblings, Dorothy Tackett, Joan Riley, James, Robert, Donald and Joseph Tackett.
She is survived by: her sister Mary Katheryn Freshour of Knoxville. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
