With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Creighton Paul Leptak Jr. of Oldenburg, Indiana, born in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, who passed away on December 24, 2021 at the age of 52. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Butch Leptak and Bobbie Leptak (Raisor); his close friend Jennifer Owen of Dallas, TX; his sisters, Melissa Lewis (Danny) of Lawrenceburg, IN and Rebecca "Becky" Busha (Dave) of Bright, IN; and his nieces and nephews, J. D. Busha, Elizabeth Busha, Dana Lewis, Peyton Busha, Aaron Lewis and Xander Busha. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
