He was predeceased by: his parents, Emerson Albert and Viola Grace Shake (Kinnamin); his sisters, Helen Carter of Bloomington and Grace Carrico of Odon; and his son Steve Shake (Kathy).
He is survived by: his wife Fae Shake (Terrell); and his children, Perry Shake (Carla) of Bloomington, Damon Shake of Odon, Kevin Shake (Angie) of Plainville and Cindy Stamback (Dave) of Odon.
In compliance with state regulations, social distancing and face masks are required by all attending.
