She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles R. Nicholson and Bonnie L. Nicholson (Wilkerson); her husband Donald Asdell; her granddaughter Kayla Asdell; and her brothers, Homer Nicholson, Eugene Nicholson and John Nicholson.
She is survived by: her children, Travis Owen Asdell of Odon, Randy Lee Asdell of Terre Haute, Brian Ray Asdell of Odon and Wanda Hines (Joe); and her siblings, Ted Nicholson (Teresa) of Alfordsville, Bruce Nicholson (Annie) of Loogootee, Gerald Nicholson (Cindy) of Loogootee, Carl Nicholson of Cannelburg, Evelyn Huffman (Robert) of Washington, Shirley Simmons (John) of Plainville, Diane Holloway (Keith) of Loogootee and Nancy O'Neill (Donnie) of Cannelburg. She is also survived by five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
