He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley F. Tourangeau and Winifred Tourangeau (Lamberton); and his siblings, Edward Tourangeau and Jean Couch. He is survived by: his wife Rita K. (Zigler); his daughter Patty Cox of Odon; his grandchildren, Racheal Belfi (Zach) and Nathan Cox; his great grandchildren, Addyson, Revel and Alizah; his siblings, R. Pete Tourangeau of Hemet, CA and Shirley Marshall of Federal Way, WA; and his sister-in-law Marilyn Tourangeau. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
