It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Naomi Swartzentruber of Odon, Indiana, born in Montgomery, Indiana, who passed away on January 23, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ben S. Wagler and Susie M. Wagler; her great grandchildren, Kyrin, Kadyn, Kinley Dixon, Averie, Cade, Marlee and Zoie Byrer; her daughter-in-law Carla Swartzentruber; her siblings, Orpha Lengacher and Harvey Wagler; her parents-in-law, Ben and Loveda Swartzentruber; her brothers-in-law, Phillip Graber, Donnie Miller and Leroy Lengacher; and her nieces and nephews, Francis Graber, Angela Wagler, Sue Nisly, Michael Lengacher, Jeremy Swartzentruber and Mark Graber.
She is survived by: her husband Ben Swartzentruber, Jr.; her children, Stephen Swartzentruber of Odon, Brenda Swartzentruber of Odon and Nelda Woodruff (Bud) of Odon; her grandchildren, Mitchel Swartzentruber of Odon, Cyla Swartzentruber (Roy Dixon) of Odon, Garrett Byrer (Paige) of Bloomfield, Clayton Byrer (Ali) of Odon, Ali Jo Byrer (Justin Knepp) of Elnora, Richard Scott Woodruff of Odon and Nicole Talbot (Bryce) of Odon; her siblings, Miriam Gerig (Elmer) of Fort Wayne, Uria Wagler (Marita) of Montgomery, Roman Wagler (Mary) of Montgomery, Barbara Miller of Montgomery and Betty Flinn (Greg) of Odon; and her in-laws, Larry Swartzentruber (Rosemary) of Odon, Geneva Graber, Darrell Swartzentruber (Marjean) of Montgomery and Norma Slaubaugh (Byron) of Loogootee.
