Hayes of Odon, Indiana, born in Danbury, Connecticut, who passed away on September 8, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alpha Dexter and Catherine Maxine Royal (Bucher); her husband Larry Hayes; her grandsons, Ian and Ethan Hayes; her siblings, James 'Butch Royal and Candace Royal; and her granddaughter-in-law Maegan Hayes.
She is survived by: her children, Candis Jackson (Darrell), Angela Ruppel (Mike), Melanie Campbell (Mike), Matt Hayes and Chris Hayes (Lisa Baugh); and her sisters, Suzi Felton and Yvette Anderson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The Hayes family has requested for those who wish, memorial contributions be made to the Antioch Cemetery Fund.
