With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Archer of Odon, Indiana, born in Vincennes, Indiana, who passed away on March 7, 2021 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Archer and Dolly Archer (Vanpatten); his daughters, Karen Johnson of Vincennes and Kathy Cliver; his siblings, Paul, Harvey, Buck Archer, Selma Faith and Thelma Carter; and his half-siblings, Ralph Archer and Georgie Frost Black.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda M. Archer (Burnett); his children, Glenn Archer (Cindy) of Bicknell, George Archer (Rita) of Odon, Kevin Archer (Rochelle) of Odon, Charlie Archer of Oaktown, Steve Archer (Sherry) of Vincennes and Jonnie Teston (William) of Georgia; his stepchildren, Christopher Allen (Tola) of Odon, Derrik Andrew Archer of Vincennes and Wendy Michelle Wilson (Justin) of Vermont; his brother Harley Archer; and also Lucille Boyall. He is also survived by twenty-four grandchildren; twenty-eight great-grandchildren; one great-great grandson.
