He was predeceased by: his parents, Randolph Long and Wanita Long (Burch); and his brother Bill Long. He is survived by: his wife Betty June Long (Swayze); his brother Lumber; his children, Randy Long of Washington, Jeff Long of Newberry and Brenda Pickett (Alan) of Lyons; his grandchildren, Andrea Osborne (Andy), Clayton Pickett (Brittany), Amber Cook, Darrell Long (Dusti), Jordan Long and Terria Wilcoxen (Justin); his great grandchildren, Asa, Anson, Alton, Rex, Ridge, Camden, Jorgia, Kyson, Ryan, Scottie and Shelley Mae; and his siblings, Ronald Long of Elnora and Martha Winklepleck of Texas.
The family requested that memorial contributions be made to Parkview Village Christian Care or Helping Heart Hospice.
