Gerrie Shafer Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerrie Shafer of Odon, Indiana, who passed away on October 17, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred J. Shafer and Ruth Shafer (Mumaw); his wife Sharon L. Shafer (Kaiser); his son Bob Shafer; and his brothers-in-law, Ray Porter and Bert Lacey.
He is survived by: his sons, Tony Shafer of Odon and Terry Shafer (Tonya) of Plainville; his daughter-in-law Lisa Shafer of Odon; his daughters, Debbie Parsons of Elnora and Tina Paige (Tony) of Washington; his grandchildren, Beth, Allie, Cory, Neil, Craig, Julie, Clinton, Meagan, Joncellia, Johnny, Adam, Zack and Jordan; and his sisters, Jean Porter and Janet Lacey. He is also survived by twenty great-grandchildren.
