He was predeceased by: his mother Peggy Melisa "Lisa" Neeley. He is survived by: his father Alan Neeley of Loogootee; his fiancée Jessica McClure of Odon; his children, Sophie, Landon, Michaelon, Elijah, Miner Decker and Olivia Lucas; his brothers, Dustin Decker (Erin) of Loogootee, Travis Decker of Champaign and Bobby Craven of Paoli; and his grandmother Sharon Morin. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
