He was predeceased by: his father Doyle Eugene Howard; and his son David Eugene Howard. He is survived by: his mother Betty Winklepleck (Doyle); his wife Teresa Howard; his son Kyle Howard of Indianapolis; his stepchildren, David Summerlot of Stinesville, Megan Smith of Odon, Pamela Cimamon of Bloomington and Christy Cimamon of Bloomington; his brother Clay Howard of Shoals; and his stepsisters, Dana Winklepleck Hunley (Bob) of Dugger and Stacy Winklepleck of Ellettsville, IN.

For those who wish, the family has requested that memorial contributions be made to the funeral home to help with expenses.
