It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Darlene Bechtel of Odon, Indiana, who passed away on January 22, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Howard and Alma Howard (Smith); her husband John Bechtel; and her brothers, Bill, Dexter, Dale, Floyd and Eldon.
She is survived by: her children, Brian Lee Bechtel (Janet) of Crawfordsville, IN and Tina Michele Burden (Rick) of Odon; her grandchildren, Darrin Bechtel (Kylie) of Crawfordsville, Dalton Bechtel (Morgan) of Crawfordsville, Trinity Crecelius of Odon and Gracie Mae Moffatt (Logan) of Plainville; her great grandchildren, Camden Bechtel, Collins Bechtel, Maddox Bechtel, Lane Bechtel and Kaitlynn Moffatt; and her siblings, Larry Howard and Marcile Bauer.
