She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Leland and Helen Esther Snapp (Weaver); and her siblings, Violet Jean Early, Jane Hubbard and Jerry Snapp.
She is survived by: her children, Brian Jacobs (Jamie), Teresa Hartzburg (Mike) and Kevin Jacobs (Melinda); her grandchildren, Zachary Jacobs (Stephanie), Michael Jacobs (Olivia), Grace Mulkey, Stephanie Robarge, Samuel Robarge (Jennifer), Chris Jacobs, Charlie Jacobs (Sandra), Caleb Jacobs and Corey Jacobs; and also Leland Snapp (Pat). She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
