Rosemary Chaney Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 22, 2025, Rosemary Chaney of Oaktown, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Rosemary shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Rosemary farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Mouzin and Mary Mouzin of Vincennes; her husband Fred Chaney; her son Michael Chaney; and her sister Rita Oexmann.
She is survived by: her son William Chaney; and her brothers, Tom and Joe Mouzin. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (2004 N 2nd St, Vincennes, IN 47591). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
Contributions in lieu of flowers can be made to the Mt. Calvary Cemetery Association in Vincennes, 106 S. 3rd Street Vincennes, Indiana 47591.
