He is survived by: his father Jerry Kirk of Oaktown, IN; his sister Janice Mundy (Jeff) of Oaktown, IN.; his nephews, Kirk Mundy (Nikki) and Kent Mundy (Kelly); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Anthony, Connor, Raelynn, Ruby, Carson, Harvey, Conrad and Lillian.
