She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Beard and Ella Virginia McCombs Beard; her husband Ivan Neal Roark; and her granddaughter Hillary Gregory. She is survived by: her children, Sharon Ivers of Bruceville, Shirley Roark of Oaktown, Joyce Johnson of Vincennes In, Donna Fellows of Oaktown, Gary Neal Roark of Vincennes and Kathy Managan; and her sister Helen Scott of Huttsonville, IL.. She is also survived by six grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren.
