It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dustin Quiroga (Oaklandon, Indiana), born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on May 14, 2020, at the age of 32, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Robert H. Ray, Sr., Reymundo and Manuela Quiroga; his uncle Bob Ray; and his cousins, Matt Jones and Kevin Whittfield.

He is survived by: his parents, Cathy Ray Quiroga and Christopher Quiroga (Richelle); his siblings, Angela Quiroga, Cashe Quiroga, Amanda Felker (Michael), Cameo Espinoza, Emilio Quiroga (Ilora), Blake Quiroga, Samantha Quiroga and Gabriella Quiroga; his grandmother Mary Ann Ray; and his nieces and nephews, Noe (Aunesty Quiroga), Juan (Aleina Quiroga), Aden and Ameera (Alonzo Quiroga).
