He was predeceased by: his siblings, Phillip and Carol; and his stepson David A. Rook. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Tonia and Jeff (Holly); his stepchildren, Craig (Jodi), Chris, Angie (Rodney) and Tim (Desi); and his sister Linda. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
