She was predeceased by: her father Earl Stevens; her husband Virgil Hulsey; and her children, Lori Catt and Richard Hulsey. She is survived by: her daughters, Kathi Baker (Barry) of Newburgh, Sherri Cravens (Mike) of Oakland City and Teresa Summerville of Three Rivers, MI; and her siblings, Jo Stevens (Liz) of Daytona Beach, FL, Marilyn Todd (Randy) of Indianapolis, Jim Stevens (Sharon) of Newtonville, IN and Tom Stevens (Cathy) of Evansville. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren.
