He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Bell and Viola Hungate; and his siblings, Bobbi Hinnenkamp, Connie Brooks, Robbie Hungate and Dean Newman.
He is survived by: his wife Thelma Bell (Lough) of Somerville, IN.; his children, Taunya Guthrie (Bruce), Brian Bell (Colleen) of Grayville, IL and Angie Koontz of Mt; his stepchildren, Steven Reinhart (Akita) of Petersburg, IN, Tony (Karmen) and Shelly Higginson (Marty) of Newburgh, IN.; his brother-in-law Gary Lough (Lisa) of Petersburg, IN.; his siblings, Kathy Frankenberry (Kevin) of Fairfield, IL, Joan Tarr (Jeff) of Mt. Carmel, IL, Phillip Bell of El Paso, TX, Kenny Bell (Mary) and Ronnie Dale Hungate of Albion, IL.; his stepfather Frank Hungate of Grayville, IL.; and his pet Gypsy. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren and his special companion.
