As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Shirley Kay may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Lamb-Basham Memorial Chapel (226 E Washington St, Oakland City, IN 47660). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Operation Christmas child.
