She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy McCormick and Marlene McCormick; her former husband Alan Phillips; and her siblings, Patrick McCormick and Marilyn Benson.
She is survived by: her husband Roger T. Myers; her son Chad Phillips (Amber); her siblings, Carolyn Craig (Glenn), Michael McCormick and Rhonda Robling (Les); her stepdaughters, Megan Skeels (Matt) and Stacy James; and her grandchildren, River, Nick and Misty. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Oakland City Church of the Nazarene.
