He is survived by: his parents, Jack L. Holtsclaw and Thelma E. Holtsclaw (Kirk); his wife Vicki Holtsclaw (Harmon); his daughter Jennifer Holtsclaw; his brother Jeff Holtsclaw (Kimberly); his grandson Jaylan Holtsclaw; and his niece Calista Holtsclaw.
