She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Simmons and Barbara Simmons (Folsom). She is survived by: her siblings, Tona Evans (William Fiscus III) and Jerry Sullivan; her nieces and nephews, Jeff Elkins (Tiffany), Dirk Elkins (Jamie), Kris Elkins, Shantel Elkins (Bobby), Chelsi Schoolcraft (Jessie) and Marsadie Lewis; and her pet Lilly.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the family to help offset funeral expenses.
