She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Hobson and Lela Hobson (Barnett); her husband Gene Schmaltz; and her brother John Hobson of Decatur, Illinois.. She is survived by: her son Steven; her daughter-in-law Carolyn Schmatlz of Mitchell, Indiana; her daughter Sondra; her son-in-law Steven McCrary of Oakland City, Indiana; her grandchildren, Julie (James Freeman) and Derrick (Lesley Schmaltz); and her great grandchildren, Claire Schmaltz, Ella Schmaltz, Owen Freeman and Grant Freeman.
Per COVID-19 state regulations, masks are encouraged and social distancing is required.
