He was predeceased by: his sister Virginia Smith (Thelma Smith). He is survived by: his sons, Paul Smith (Lisa) of Owensboro and Glenn Smith of Punta Gorda; his grandchildren, Jason Smith and Jessica Smith; his great grandchild Logan Parrott; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Chelsie, Caleb, Connor Lester, David Erwin and Nathan Knight.
