She is survived by: her children, Kristy Ashley (Brian) of Evansville, IN, April Taylor (Shawn) of Newburgh, IN and Jason Bayer (Destiny) of Newburgh, IN; her stepfather Cletus Myers of Waucoma, IA; her siblings, Leanne Head of Mt. Vernon, IN, Jeff Head (Pam) of Evansville, IN, Chris Head of Evansville, IN, Keith Head (Donna) of Evansville, IN and Kenny Head (Candy) of Evansville, IN; and her grandchildren, Jessica Trinh (Codi), Allyssa Trinh, Kameron Trinh, Christopher Trinh, Nathaniel Trinh, Danielle Ashley, Kennedy Lowe, Gavon Taylor, Mason Taylor, Daisey Lowe, Madison Taylor, Lacey Lowe, Payton Bayer, Bentley Bayer, Collin Bayer and Paisley Bayer. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
