He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathaniel Tooley and Lady Alma Tooley (Corn); and his siblings, Basel, Vaughn, Marion, Nathanial, Kathleen and Genevieve.
He is survived by: his wife Alice Tooley (Hathaway); his sons, Michael and Jeff Tooley; and his granddaughters, Ashley, Casey, Sausha and Kendal. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren.
